Basic Plan, plus:
Basic membership is a complementary service in which you may access some of the automated documents that we make available from time to time. There is no limit on the number of documents you can generate from the templates.
Standard membership provides access to the content we publish in Knowledge and all of our Precedents. The easiest way to see what is available is to take advantage of the 30-day free trial. However, if you would prefer to see an index of the content, please let us know at email@example.com
Premium is our fully bespoke solution in which you can manage your user base and can create your own content in all the applications. We tailor the platform to your requirements and you can have your own instance of it.
For Basic membership, all you need to do is register with us, but you may like to take advantage of our 30-day free trial of Standard. At the end of the trial, if you want to revert to Basic, we will configure the settings on your account accordingly. If you do not want to take the trial at the present time, we will set up your account for Basic membership from the start. You can upgrade to Standard (including the free trial) or Premium later.
Standard membership is available for purchase straightaway or at the end of the free trial. We will set-up your account for Standard membership. At the end of the trial, we will be in touch to discuss how you would like to proceed.
To onboard you as a Premium member, we need to understand your requirements. We will discuss with you what you need and provide you with a proposal.
Yes. All our fees exclude VAT, which will be included in the invoice where it is chargeable.
Your data will be hosted in our secure private cloud in the UK.
Our platform is cloud based only.
In practice, you will need your own instance, and so please talk to us about a Premium membership. However, you will get a sense of the power of the solution through Standard, and so that may be a good place to start.
The Productivity Centre is a means for non-lawyers to help themselves without engaging counsel. Questions that commonly arise are answered from experience, which may be all that is needed. Think of it as having a Mattersmith lawyer by your side as a quick reference so you can decide whether you need more help.
Lawyers often just need quick access to content from an experienced source so they can accelerate through their everyday workload. If their commercial colleagues can help themselves up to a point, so much the better. We have focussed on the points that we know arise in practice. We do not claim to have covered everything, but our content is nevertheless comprehensive.
The information and know-how published by leading legal information businesses is very comprehensive, but for some users it requires quite a lot of work to analyse and apply – time that they just do not have. The content in the Productivity Centre offers tried and trusted ways we have encountered in practice that may solve the problem. If you need more assistance, you can instruct us as your solicitor, which you cannot do with an information provider. Because you have already used the Productivity Centre, we will quickly get to the crux of the matter, saving you time and money.
We have provided comprehensive guidance in our Help Centre, from quick guides to instructional videos. If you still need help, then drop us a line to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you asap.
